Increases the maximum base damage dealt by Black Hole Sun by 107.25 per stage, up to a maximum of 214.5, making it deal a maximum of 754.5 damage with a fully charged shield. Additionally, it also increases the maximum amount of reduced damage you can take while the shield is deployed. This is a double-edged sword however, as when the shield breaks you can fire the Black Hole Sun immediately rather than having to wait for the full shield duration to end.
