Wool Shawl is an unlockable upgrade for 
Genji's 
Butterfly Shot.

The range of the Butterfly Shot is increased by 30%. Contrary to popular belief, this does not reduce the DPS (Damage Per Second) of the shot, since the delay between each shot is reduced to compensate for the longer travel time.
