Electrifier is an upgrade for 
Leon Chameleon's 
Slash.
Description
A 10% Slow effect is added to Slash per stage, up to a maximum of 20%. This effect lasts for 1 second. Leon's 
Clones also gain a 5% Slow effect per stage, up to a maximum of 10%.

Known bugs
- When hitting an enemy with your "first strike" while exiting stealth, they will become slowed for 15%|30% instead of the stated 12.5%|25% according to the number of stages purchased.
