Randomnauts is a pre-built Custom Match game variant. It has the same goal of a normal match (destroying the Solar Drill), but with a few differences.
- 'Naut selection is disabled. Players are given a random character.
- Abilities and Upgrades cannot be purchased. Instead, players automatically get an ability or upgrade upon reaching 150 Solar (default).
- It is possible to have more than one of the same 'naut on the same team.
- Dying causes you to respawn as a different 'naut (also chosen randomly), and the Solar you had is automatically spent on new abilities and upgrades.
As with all custom matches, Randomnauts' settings can be tweaked to the host's liking.
