Totem Of Power.
Description
Enemies around the Totem Of Power are slowed by 15% per stage, up to a maximum of 30%. This slowing effect lasts for 1 second per stage, up to a maximum of 2 seconds, and is constantly reapplied until the enemies leave the slow's radius.

Voodoo Doll uses an image of Coco Nebulon. This is a reference to her being from Okeanos, where Skree's species was exiled from.
